6 months
Calm gift cards and gift certificates are valid towards a six (6) month subscription, as indicated on the gift card.
12 months
Calm gift cards and gift certificates are valid towards a twelve (12) month subscription, as indicated on the gift card.
You must create a Calm user account or have an existing Calm user account, in order to redeem a gift card or gift certificate. Your creation of a Calm account and redemption of a Calm gift card or gift certificate is subject to your acceptance of the Calm Terms and Privacy Policy.
The value of the Calm gift card or gift certificate cannot be added to a Calm subscription that is currently billed through Calm or a third party subscription provider that is authorized to distribute Calm subscription access. If you have an active Calm subscription, you will need to allow that subscription to expire and then redeem your Calm gift card or gift certificate.
To redeem the Calm gift card or gift certificate, visit www.calm.com/redeem. If you do not have a Calm account, you will be prompted to create a Calm account before redeeming your gift card or gift certificate. If you have a Calm account, you will need to sign into your Calm account. Once you’ve created your account or logged into your account you will be able to enter your gift certificate code.
After successfully redeeming, your gift card or gift certificate, the entire value of the card will be credited to your account. When the length of the subscription term ends, the premium subscription access to Calm will terminate unless a valid payment method has been provided. Only one gift card or gift certificate may be added to your account at a time. Once you have redeemed a Calm gift card or gift certificate, you must wait until the subscription access has ended to redeem another gift card or gift certificate. If you would like to add multiple gift cards or gift certificates to your Calm account, please visit www.calm.com/contact-us to ensure all values are credited properly.
Calm gift cards and gift certificates are not refundable or redeemable for cash, except where required by law. Sales tax may be applied. Calm gift cards and gift certificates cannot be reloaded or resold. Calm is not responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of gift cards and gift certificates.
Use of the Calm gift cards and gift certificates in connection with any advertising, marketing or promotion or in any manner to suggest or imply that any person, product or service is associated with or sponsored by Calm is expressly prohibited, without Calm’s prior written consent.
Subject to compliance with applicable law, Calm may modify any of the terms governing your use of the Calm gift cards and gift certificates at any time, in its sole discretion. The most current version of the Calm gift card and gift certificates terms will be published on this website and will supersede all prior versions of the gift card and gift certificates terms.
Your use of the Calm gift card or gift certificates constitutes acceptance to these terms.
